Only thing I'm trying to decide is who to get or to leave it blank. Leanng toward Miro.

Funny, my wife ordered one for my son and one for me (Xmas gifts). His will be Heiskanen and mine will be blank.

I think I'd get heiskanen too if I were to get a player jersey. He seems to be the one most likely to be around for a long time. Plus a blank jersey just looks weird without at least a number on the back.

They've announced that they'll be wearing them for at least 2 home games after the first of the year, with the possibility of more.

I preordered a blank one yesterday since I already have a Miro and a Klinger... and I'm not sure I want anyone else's jersey at the moment tbh...

They've now sold out of all jerseys, except Bishop and Benn, and a number of WC branded items. Won't have more until AFTER the WC. Would like to say that I'm surprised they screwed this up, but I would be lying.

And let me clarify, the manufacturer seems to be a big part of the problem, but the Stars share plenty of the blame for this screw up. You can bet the other pro sports teams in town wouldn't have dropped the ball like this. Just glad I preordered one yesterday...I know several season ticket holders that didn't and are pissed.

Another cluster**** by our supposed "top flight" organization. Thank God I ordered mine early - now I just hope it gets fulfilled.

So which is it? Was it a supplier problem or was the demand really that much higher than anyone could have imagined?

They aren't saying it's a supplier problem anywhere that I've seen. They say it's a huge demand problem.

The problem is they did nothing to estimate demand and they waited way too long to release the design (knowing the long production time of these things). They could have easily done preorders months ago (with or without unveiling the design) or at least sent out interest forms.

It's all the same reason they haven't done a 3rd jersey; they don't want to slow down sales of current jerseys/designs. But the fact is, this is a once in a lifetime event, and they should have planned better, regardless of how many they initially ordered.

But at the end of the day, it's just a hockey sweater.

Have yet to be impressed with Dowling this season. Terrible back side defending on the tying goal. Dobby didn't do him any favors with that rebound though.

Really hurts this team not having Klinger and Hintz in the lineup, but let's hope we can pull this one out.

I have a June Birthday but wanted to celebrate one year by getting a Stars suite for all of my friends or having all of us get tickets in a suite together and I was hoping if we all chipped in it might be doable and affordable? Anyone know how I could make that happen?
