AWESOME!!

Hoping for a 2-0 Chelsea victory against Monaco next week.

Not official yet: but it looks like Real Madrid will be playing the MLS All-Stars on July 31 at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.

Did anyone catch the U.S./Mexico game last night? The U.S. completely dominated the Mexicans...Donovan and Mastroeni were magnificent.

Hey Number 1!! That US vs Mexico game was awesome! We outplayed them so bad and you are right on about Mastroeni! He really held Borgetti in check. We seemed like we had 15 players on the field to their 11! I loved it. I wish we could have some better finishers though. I went to the US vs Mexico game in Houston last year and it was a BLAST! Great atmosphere and incredible soccer.

BBRex - I wish some of these games could be held a little closer to the South. Maybe one of these days Dallas or Houston will get one of the Man U games.

"Can I ask you a question?
What is it?
It's an interrogative form of sentence, used to test knowledge. But that's not important right now."

Before they announced the summer schedule, there were rumors Chelsea would play the All-Stars at RFK. I was going to go to that, if it happened. I think Chelsea-Celtic might be even better.

The U.S.-Mexico match was great. I was at the one in Houston last year, and I was so hoping the U.S. would there, but no. I'm glad they finished it off in Dallas, though.

I keep hoping one of the tours will come to Texas, but not yet. I wonder if the heat is a factor?

with Reliant Stadium, they can no longer use heat as an excuse...I wonder how many minutes it would take for ManU vs. Real Madrid to sell that place out.

Well, 2-0 lasted about 2 minutes. This was a worse feeling than losing 3-1 in the first leg. Chelsea did everything right -- for about 44 minutes, then it fell apart.

That said, Chelsea has a bright future.

Celtic should beat Chelsea easily. Chelsea obviously hasnt invested enough in their team to buy every game. Unless Abramovich shells out at least another 100 million quid that team just has no future.

I will be going to the 8/3 game at the Meadowlands. Who knows, maybe Chelsea will have bought Samuel by then, and Cisse can run wild on Roma's defense. (Probably win anyway)
