Is stankoven a top 10 overall prospect?

Obviously I don't know what they will do, but I would lean putting Stankoven on the Benn/Wyatt line. Benn and Wyatt are much more creative players than Marchment and Seguin, so putting him with Been and Wyatt could set him up better to be more of a goal scorer.

That would be...disappointing. DeBoer said game time decision based on health of other players. I'm assuming that means someone else besides Duchene is questionable. Maybe someone is dinged up or illness?

Gotta win the last two on this trip but Ottawa is a house of horrors for us. Can't fault the effort.

I don't think the Stars out played New York tonight. I thought it was a pretty 50/50 game. Did we get goalied a bit too? For sure; but the Stars also need to be more clinical with their shots. There were too many shots with no traffic in front of the net, too many shots shot right into a defender or right into the chest of the keeper, and some grade A chances simply not finished. Not a bad game though.

I think it's time we see some younger guys with upside. They can bring more to this team on nights like tonight.

We're also on a back to back, playing the toughest stretch of hockey of the season, with some injuries. I'm not going to lose a bunch of sleep over these. We do need to start winning some of these games against top teams, but this won't isn't high on the list.

I feel the same as a Canucks fan rn. 3 losses in a row suck but all teams go through the muck in a long season. The Stars are a badass team and will be fine.

2 points over the last 3 games is pretty stanky. Sucks that both the jets and avalanche won tonight. Oh well the schedule gets a lot easier after February is over, but we really need a win against Ottawa and the islanders to keep us going here.
