They also expect Miro to get even better this season. Apparently Miro worked all offseason on his shot.

Harley just started coming on at the end of last year so a full season with him will be fun and he should be better.

We need to keep Miro fresh and get his average ice time down to the 23-24 range instead of up over 25 (he had the 6th highest time on ice in the league last year).


I've heard that this is in fact the team's plan this year.

I know the Stars had a goal taken off the board but it honestly feels like we're lucky to just be tied after one. We gave up so many really good chances.

The look from the camera on the line showed a totally different result than the main feed camera. I didn't think it was even close until they showed the view on the line.

So far:
I was surprised to look up and see Duchene has the most ice time amongst our forwards. He looks solid in Victory Green.
Benn and Johnston still look like a great pairing.
Robertson looks slow. That line misses Hintz big time.
Marchment looks the same as did last year (not all that great).
Otter looks great.
PP needs work.
PK looks good.
Refs are terrible, per usual.

Lol at Marchment demanding the puck on what would have been a silly pass before the Lundkvist pipe shot, then he lets the puck go right past his stick on the bounce that he should have put in.
