There will be lots of Aggies in action starting next Friday!! I'm really excited for the women's Heptathlon and the men's 400 and both 80's! I'd love for Auhmad Robinson to make the 400 final to see him on an international relay!! It would be awesome for the Aggies to flex their 800 power! I'm glad Shamier Little is attempting the double! She should be able to qualify in the 400 as well!

Sydney McLaughlin was entered in the 200 and 400 as well but scratched, Trayvon Bromell will not be running as he is out with an injury, Matthew Boling scratched the 100, missed the 200, and will only do the 400, Aggie Tierra Robinson Jones scratched from the 409 after qualifying Jaqualon Scott scratches from the 400 hurdles to focus on the 110 hurdles, Katelyn Fairchild qualified but did not enter

The hell is going on with Fred? Showed up last weekend in Puma spikes so gets fired (rightly) by Asics, false starts out.

My thoughts exactly! He stated afterwards that he left them at the airport, which is a dumb excuse especially trying to run in the ASICS 100 Meter Dash… all this was after he said before the race that the next time he stepped on a track Bolt's record was going down… yikes! I don't feel as confident in him as I had the past few years! Coleman and Lyles are looking good, Kerley hasn't ran his heat this year but here's to hoping he turns it on next week

Former Razorback Britton Wilson will not be running either… many are blaming Arkansas for making her do the double last year when she was clearly hurting!! That's one more ready spot opening up in the women's 4x4

That's a shame, so many college runners get rode hard then it takes them several years for their bodies to recover and become true professionals

Picking out these relays will be insane! Will McLaughlin run, I'm not sure if Mu will run it, the Arkansas girls can play a factor, but we also have Shamier Little! I'm surprised Gabby Thomas is going for the 200/400 double!

I'd love to see Bryce Deadmon on the relay again! I'm hoping Auhmad Robinson makes the finals, he's the relay God!!! How can you leave his low 43 off!! Michael Norman and Vernon Norwood deserve a spot, as does Rai Benjamin!! This trials will be fun!

That was actually gonna be a topic of discussion I brought up!!! Usually at trials you see a lot of collegians burn out or not able to handle the heats on back to back to back days! I wanna play close attention to that this year! Especially these Arkansas girls! (Mainly so I can start rumors that Arkansas overtrains people) LOL

Even Steiner battled some knocks right out of college.

Makes you wonder about some of these dynamite college stars that run crazy times then they hit the pro circuit and somewhat disappear.

Other than Sha'cari who knows. Hot take...I'd run Prandini third, nobody runs a better curve than her.

Agree on the men's! Unless Kerley struggles! The women's sprint relay needs Sha'Carri 2nd or Anchor, Prandini can absolutely run a curve! I'm curious to see if Jacious Sears is healthy! If she still has her legs under her McKenzie Long can run a solid 3rd leg! TT Terry and Aleia Hobbs can be options as well! I say we let the 100 final determine this lol!! 4x400, I'm actually curious to see if Mu will actually run it! Something is off with her right now! My theory about the Arkansas girls will be tested, I wonder if Kalyn Brown can come back and run a low 49! McLaughlin - Mu - Little - Brown can all go sub 49 splits

Hobbs and Terry good call. What about Jadyn Mays?

She runs a good curve also, but I think Prandini is the better option there, Gabby Thomas did run a 10.8 with some wind at the Texas Relays, but with her doing the 200/400 double not sure if she's trying for the 1600 relay, which I don't think she'll be on unless it's a qualifier

Yeah Kersee was talking so much about Sydney running another race and I was looking forward to it!!

And yeah spot on with Mu, literally no clue, wouldn't be surprised if she drops a 1:55 and wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't even show up… after her interview at last years world championships it's obvious running isn't important to her

Here for Mu updates. Scanning results looks like she hasn't competed at all this last year? Hope to see her run on the mile relay as well. Her 400 is such a thing of beauty. Was sad to see her focus on the 800 so much.

Same and while the USA field is necessarily super deep, I always put faith more faith in being race fit vs practice fit.

Going to at least a few throwing events (shot and hammer). My only complaint at Hayward is that the hammer cage is outside the stadium and have to stand on the ramps to watch. Maybe they'll move it inside. I think they did that a few years ago.

Maybe, but Kersee pulls his runners out of competition somewhat frequently for whatever reason

Enjoy, it's by far the biggest track stadium we have been to. But, I think Cushing is still at the absolute top of the rest we've seen.
Do you have any idea where to park, I couldn't find any info today, I'm guessing taxi/Uber might be best next weekend..

And fyi, Agate Alley Bistro, 2 short blocks south of Hayward has some good eats.

There's a free shuttle running from the football stadium parking lot every 30 minutes. That's the route we'll probably go.

I was going to mention this yesterday, this seems pretty cool and an opportunity for him to get a high score and push the Americans!!

Thanks, they did that for Nationals...

Im assuming he needs an olympic standard for the season?
