That's not a new thing. It's literally existed forever. A minor penalty causing blood or injury is a double minor- back to back 2 minute penalties

The juice isn't worth the squeeze with Marchment anymore, I'm afraid. He takes too many penalties. And it's funny, he always serves the too many men penalties because he sucks at penalty killing and they're so used to him being in the box anyway.

That's not a new thing. It's literally existed forever. A minor penalty causing blood or injury is a double minor- back to back 2 minute penalties
