Blake Harris again!!! A great multi is always PR'ing and he just improved his 60 Hurdle time from 8.15 to 7.98 in one off season! Wow! He just missed nationals last year outdoors, he's not leaving anything to chance this season!

jaw dropped! That's crazy! I'm so excited to see what he does in the other events! To improve that much in a technical event like the hurdles is awesome! He was already strong in the 100, I bet he's faster now!! Can't wait to see him pole vault and throw, improvements there could do wonders for him!

It was nice having a 56 foot triple jumper! Champ is on his 3rd school, hopefully he's found the right place and can just settle in and train train train! To PR indoors in his first meet is very promising!! Let's see if he can keep pushing that as the season goes on! And hopefully out of the three long jumpers, someone can go over 26

Holland and Omarion Ferguson both go 21.3, which are a ways away from elite sec sprinting but a positive start to the season! Now the key is can our sprinting crew improve as the season goes on! Isaiah Teer should add to the 200, well add Ernest Campbell to the mix soon as I'm sure he's just starting his track training! Then of course with Mount and Mangum! Sprints look a lot better than they did last year!

Another CSHS distance runner killing it for the Aggies! Megan Roberts coming in with a PR of 11:16 in the 3200 (10:33 pace for 3k) runs a 9:38!!!!! And actually closed in her 1600m PR from high school in 5:07!
