The indoor 4x400 is clearly a lot more tactical than outdoors! I think it's important to have your fastest sprinter on the first leg. You could argue, that a bigger body like Nortje could position himself well if he were to get a good start. Although he's a great and fearless anchor, I think we could benefit from Auhmad Robinson leasing off, he's quick and will fight for the pole position! Zamzow is a solid 200 runner also, but I think Robinson would do a better job fighting for that early lead!!

I'd go Auhmad Robinson - Hossam Hatib - Kimar Farquharson - Antonie Nortje

What would you all do on the relay?

On the women's side, I'd really like to see how Montgomery looks leading off! Dickson has been the slowest leg these first two weeks and outdoors she needs to only run the sprints and sprint relay. But I don't know how you would delegate Dickson and Montgomery if they run the 100, 200, and 4x100. We just don't have 400 depth on the women's side, which is hard to comprehend for a Pat Henry team! I'd also split Latasha Smith and Jermaisha Arnold, run the 2 and 4

That's actually a pretty good leg for Dickson compared to her starts last year. Plus, she has missed some training in December and is just getting back this month from a stress fracture. She ran well considering this and she will round into shape as the indoor season progresses.

Oh wow, I had no clue she was out for some time!!! I was wondering why she hadn't ran a 60 or 200! Then these 400's are great for her barely getting back into form!! We really need a great start to be competitive with the top 4x4 teams! I know she can sprint, maybe it's just more mental these past few starts coming off of an injury!!

Jasmine Montgomery really impressed me

May not be the right forum, but hoping someone can direct me. My husband and I are 30+ year 12th Man members and have held season football tickets for all these years. Our niece runs track for the US Air Force Academy. This is her senior season, and for the first time USAFA Track & Field is coming to A&M for the Ted Nelson Invitational next weekend. We are planning to come support her and our Aggies, and bring family members. I believe we can purchase general admission tickets for the meet, but the reserved seats near the finish line do not appear to be available. I'm guessing these may be sold to season ticket holders for Aggie T&F supporters. Does anyone know if there is a resale market for these tickets? (I saw a post on a different TexAgs Forum that there were many empty seats at the last home meet.) We would like to help fill them.

I'm not a season ticket holder, but I do believe those are usually reserved and I'm not sure where those could be re sold unless you know them. However, there are plenty of good seats in the facility, maybe even better seats than the finish line if you get there before the meet starts! But sounds like an awesome weekend for you all! Those are the sections designated for season tickets, but I think it would be worth calling the 12th Man foundation to see if there are any seats not already sold. Good luck & enjoy the meet
