Looks like our DMR group is headed to nationals! Only a few smaller conferences have to conclude their meets but we're still in 10th.
Blake Harris is sitting in 11th in the nation for the heptathlon, ACC still need to wrap it up along with some smaller schools! It'll be really close!

Great job by the whole team. They all stepped it up and met the competition. I love them all but have a soft spot in my heart for Sam literally. I am an old man with afib so I understand the challenges he deals with. He seems to to everything with such a positive attitude. Gig'em!

I literally had to run to the restroom and vomit after the 4x4. The adrenaline did a number on my gut. Sooooooooooo thrilled for our guys! They did it!
Well congrats your family, to him and the Aggie Team. Great accomplishment. Without many of the college track athletes coming out to help impart there knowledge it would not be the same or possible. There's a lot of young folks that look up to them. Gives them extra drive to improve or make a college team or beyond. Thanks to the whole Aggie track team for the fun and excitement that they have been providing my family with.
Also I would like to say Sam Whitmarsh, what a breath of fresh air he is. I swear I do not think he can't smile. You just can't help to have a smile on your face watching.

I really hope I can make it to an outdoor meet! My favorite seat in Cushing is at the 300 mark so I can see the shot put and the jumps, and scream at the Aggies as they head down the homestretch!
We are football season ticket holders. We have been to all the different A&M sports but have not been to an outdoor track meet. We will for sure go this outdoor season. We have not been inside of Cushing.
On a nice spring day, nothing beats the outdoor track meet environment! One of my favorite meets is the national prelims meet (or regionals) we'll be hosting that in May! It's such high stakes and so competitive!!! The outdoor meets are fun at Cushing, there's no bad seat in the house and with the design of the stadium you can potentially watching people running, people throwing, people jumping, people vaulting all at the same time!!!! The 44 Farms Invitational will likely be the bigger meet with 24 schools attending and it will include the multi events! A great 2 day meet that will feature USC and Texas Tech, along with us and that's 3 of the best schools in the country and could very well likely be a rematch of the top 3 teams at national indoors!

Y'all will love it, we have been to outdoor meets @ tu, ole miss, lsu, florida, arky, and oregon.

I am thinking about going to the outdoor nationals in Oregon this summer. Any seats you can think of better than others? I am looking at getting seats on the start/finish side as we also like to watch the jumps. This all depends on my daughters end of year track schedule, so kinda hesitant on pulling the trigger on tickets just yet. Guess I could always resale them if could not go.
Most seating there is incredible from a viewing standpoint.
If it is a hot day, sometimes sitting on the back stretch can end up baking you. Get home straightaway side if you can. Horizontal jumps are on that side as well.
