Oh, I thought something new developed. I mean, he's been gone for over a year and I think we've rebounded nicely. Not recruiting the usual suspects, but given we signed a top 3 class for 2026(assuming it will be top 3, not sure how it isn't). I'm excited about this team. They will be solid this year and moving forward. Lots of doubles options which is what I'm most intrigued to see shake out. Major focus on winning the doubles point this year. As in the past, we will win 3 of 6 singles points 99% of the time with who we have.

Not every girl that Jordan has recruited at Auburn has been great. He kicked off a few already that he recruited poorly in his first year at Auburn and not every girl that was recruited during his time at A&M was great. Several poor recruits during his time at A&M or are we going to blame Mark for the bad ones and credit Jordan for the good ones. How about Mark is a great coach and recruiter and Jordan is a great coach and recruiter. Not sure why it has to be one or the other. How about they were both great and therefore we have done great things over the last several years. The team was great before Jordan and it will be great after Jordan. Can't win it all every year.
On a side note, Jordan's top two players were already on the team at Auburn when he arrived to a top 15 program.

Jordan has been MIA all fall until he appeared at the NCAA tournament. Rumor is he has been serving a lengthy suspension for recruiting violations. However, looks as if it will pay off for him the same as it did for Oklahoma State.
Me personally, I already thought this. I'd rather have Mark as our HC, not Jordan. They are both great. I'd love to have Jordan still, but he's young and Auburn is a great school to win at. It's part of the game. Mark is creating that pipeline of future HCs.

Just looked up Luciana's ITF results and she is rated in the pro zone on her wtn rating. Not too many college players are at that level on wtn which is being used far more than UTR these days so I'm all in with the new Luciana.

I have heard the same.
Oklahoma State's replacement coach (for the one that got fired for recruiting violations) just quit and it looks like they will play this season with the men's assistant running the women's team.
No doubt Jordan has recruited some great players, but no amount of recruiting or winning is worth driving the program into the ground like that. Time always bears out the truth and we will see what's what, but at least with Mark we know he's not going to cheat and shame the program or the University.
Texas A&M Women's Tennis = our only hope. Lol
