Come out to the Aggie Soccer Complex Friday night and show your support for the Soccer Girls. If the Aggies win, they are Big 12 Champs. It will be a tough game, and the Ags need to be on top of their game to win. The Jayhawks are a very defensive team and have allowed only 5 goals for the year while recording 11 shutouts. Their goalie has the best goals against average in the Big 12. They have scored 32 goals. The Aggies have 5 shutouts on the year but have allowed 17 goals. Ags have put in 43 goals, but that includes a 10 goal performance against a much weaker SHSU. Bottom Line is that the Aggies need the Fans to Pack the Soccer House Friday night for this game as much as they needed it against tu.

I'm brining half my daughters soccer team to Sunday's game and I'm not sure where to get tickets. The on-line service looks like they only sell packages for the whole weekend.

Congrats to Coach G and the team on a great start!

I took a quick look at the ncaasports.com and didn't see scores reflecting this level of domination anywhere else in the country.

Nebraska and Kansas both won, so if we can get by Illinois, we should be setting up a rematch with one of those Big 12 foes. That still seems like a screwy way to set up a tournament bracket to me (pitting 3 teams from the same conference against each other in the first three rounds), but maybe Nebraska can take Kansas and we can host again next week.

Finally, does anyone know anyting about Illinois, either from watching the Illinois/Rice game or from other sources? What can we expect on Sunday?
