It looks like Ryan Palmer is about to win his first PGA title. He shot 62 in the final round to come in at 22 under par.

Tournament over and Ryan wins. Great weekend for the Aggies.

Whoop!! I turned it on late and they said Ryan had I 3 shot lead. "No Way", I thought. See what can happen when you shoot 62 on Sunday

He finished his final round early...and was interviewed about the day, his chances, how he could jump into the top 40 in winnings..and this would make him qualified for next years Masters, and his career and college days ...His final comment, "Gig 'Em Aggies"...

Strange to know that a guy I used to sit next to in my "Ag for non-Ag majors" class is a PGA Tour winner. You talk about a quick rise to the top. A couple of years ago he was playing the mini-tours and now he takes down Vijay and the others. I remember my senior year reading about how he qualified for the US Open as an amateur, then didn't hear a thing about him until a year or two ago.

Ryan not only qualified for next years PGA Tour...top 125 in money...his 37th finish in winnings puts him into the 2005 Masters! Heck of a Year!!
