.I am pretty sure Liverpool will turn my boys over this weekend. It is a tough place to play at the best of times up at Anfield, & Tottenham have been pretty awful away from home this season. So, although I would love to even come away with a draw, I don't see it happening.

Oh, I just went over to White Heart Lane & picked up my tickets for Tottenham vs WBA for next Wed's night.
Going to go to the match with a friend here in London, then Thursday morning back on the plane & back to TX.

Ollie.

Liverpool may not have much of a team by the time Spurs meet them. They're having injury problems already and a well placed flare form a Juve supporter could make matters worse. After what happened yesterday in Milan and they history between the two sides, I envision more problems in Italy today.

Yeah could get ugly over there. Heard that some Juve fans have already been arrested for violence towards some liverpool fans. Hmmmm.

Ollie, Tottenham will have to get a bit lucky, but after battling today against Juventus, Liverpool might be a bit down. Your Spurs might sneak one by.

If we could even draw id be happy.
a win would be friggin great as i really want us to get into europe next year. in theory we can still sneak in with a 7th place finish, but ideally id like us to get to 6th which is going to be tough.
now...if only we had been awarded those extra two points when we clearly scored a goal against man u but it was waived off! that would have been great at this point in the season.

fingers crossed eh?

Well...you got the draw you wanted and with Arsenal and ManU playing in CL next year, their UEFA Cup spot goes to #7 in the EPL now. Doesn't sound like it was a bad weekend for your Spurs.

No not a bad weekend really. Did anyone here see the Edman goal scored against Liverpool? A great taken goal from about 40 yards out.

So tomorrow we play WBA. They are fighting for their lives down at the bottom of the table, but this is a must win game for us. We really need to win all our remaining home games & try to at least get draws away from home in order to get any chance of qualifying for Euorpe. Would help if Boro either loose or at the most, draw this evening.
We also need Liverpool or Newcastle (I forget who) to loose in Europe this year, or else we wont get that potential 7th place spot.

Fingers crossed eh?

Well Newcastle have already lost but I'm not sure what would happen if Liverpool won the CL. I don't think they would have an automatic spot in the CL but surely they would have a spot in the UEFA Cup guaranteed if they didn't finish in the top 6. Regardless, I don't think you have to worry about that as I don't see Liverpool beating Chelsea and then beating Milan (who I think will beat PSV).
