That would be Bronson Burgoon, I believe his older brother is on the A&M Golf team.

Damn I miss going to watch my kid play at the state golf tournament. It was a lotta fun!

The Ags also signed a young lady from The Woodlands who shot a 72 at state. Her name is Stefanie Page

Bronson won the state title with a 2 day total of 130, setting a tournament record!! WHOOP!
The future of Aggie golf was well represented . . . Lauren Johnson came in tied for second and Stefanie Page tied for sixth! All three will be fun to watch next year!!!

I forgot to mention that Kate Hathaway from Brenham came in 8th at the State 4A tournament! (She also won the T-O last summer which was a very big accomplishment!!!) She'll be joining the Aggies in the fall too!
Like I've said, the future of Aggie Golf looks GREAT!

No kidding about the T-O. A few years ago a girl from Mexico came up and won the thing and got a scholarship on the spot.

back in high school i went to Rider in Wichita Falls, and was on the tennis team. I had a few good friends that always played the T-O, so went out there to watch em.

There is some scary talent that plays that tournament.

Bronson Burgoon shot 69 in the USGA ~ US Open Qualifier last week and advanced to the next stage! That's quite a deal! Glad he's an Aggie!

T-O is a fun tournament; i wish i would have played it more than once. i stunk the 1st day (80 at Sherpard AF Base), but I played the next two rounds hungover and shot 70-72.
