who is buying package tickets? or are most people just buying them on a day by day basis?

i'm afraid the prices of the tourney-long packages are going to price most people out, and the attendance is going to drop severely if the ags don't make it past the first day.

currently you can buy packages good for either the whole championships or just the team tourney. tickets for team are $48 for "armchair" and $63 for the stadium club. for the team and individual tournaments, prices are $103 and $142 for armchair and stadium, respectively. i'm guessing armchair includes the two rows of seats up top plus the bleachers, as i don't see any separate prices for bleacher seats. there are no special student prices, to my knowledge.

currently there is no way to buy tickets for individual days. i think i read somewhere that they won't go on sale until the day of, and that their availablity will be subject to how many pre-sell tickets are bought up, but now i can't find the source.

for ncaa events (no matter the sport), all that can be sold in advance is packages. individual day tickets can only be sold on the day of the event. so if you are interested in going day by day, they will be available starting Saturday morning at 8:00 am

Come early folks, 3200 tickets have been sold for this event, including team and singles competition. As of today, they anticipate day tickets being available for Saturday, but you need to come early, I am sure there will be a line.

very good news for students. i'll be there early saturday morning to get my ticket. not sure if i'm going to watch all the early matches...depends on how close they are. i'll be there around 5 to pick up a seat for the eurotrash match though.
