DC up early and dominating Chelsea

At first I was taken off gaurd, then I thought about the strategy dc is employing and it makes sense. They have all their dominant players in the midfield, so they can control that, and they arent letting chelsea draw them out and make them extend with the passing in the back

I'm predicting chelsea dominates the second half. DC looked worn out...seems like they're using alot of energy playing at that level all half.

D.C. United looks good. I'm impressed. Chelsea's using a different look in the first half, with Lampard out and Jarosik filling in at center mid and Duff and Wright-Phillips as wing forwards. I'm at work, so I can only catch snippets (when did Chelsea score again?), but I'm recording it at home.

I wandered over to hear the John Terry interview and caught that, too. That was pretty funny.

Yeah, I live in the U.S. No, I'm not from England. I had friends from England who were into soccer and got me into the sport. Then I picked a team to follow later, and I picked Chelsea.

That was hilarious. I also like what one of the commentators said..."Probably some Arsenal fan" It wasn't you sixiron was it?

DC played well. Chelsea's defense was extremely tough with the exception of Gallas living Boswell completely unmarked for the free header that lead to the goal. I haven't seen DC too much this year but Boswell impressed me...a freakin' rookie leading the backline of the MLS Champs and he was undrafted.

well, I never understood how dc won the championship, and I really don't see them winning it this year. Its going to new england or dallas.
