gosh, i have no idea, but it doesn't even seem like they would be able to fit that many sits in there. i can't wait to see a huge crowd turn out at such a wonderful facility!

although they have sold 2,000 tickets already,
I don't think the crowd will be anywhere near
9,000 unless the Aggies are playing...so, I bet they wait to see!

They will start probably next week and they will push the opposite side bleachers way back and put basically another home-sideesque set of bleachers. up, not to mention more seats will be added around the entire complex.

Are they just temporary or will they leave them in for good? I hope that they don't leave them there. We regularly lead the nation in attendance, but I don't think that we could bring 9000 to each game. I would perfer to have a small stadium and pack it out than have a big stadium and fill it up once in a blue moon.

very very good chance the stadium fills up for the final four and national championship game... if yall didnt read in the 12th man on campus this past week i believe, the biggest soccer youth tournament in the nation possibly is happening in B/CS that very weekend... so there are like 150 or something high school aged AAU soccer teams (not sure if they call soccer AAU) and im sure theyll all wanna go see what it could be like for them in a few years if theyre good enough

Bagger, from what I've heard they will be temporary and will be taken down once the College Cup is over.

Not sure if this is relevent here, but I graduated from Fullerton State in 1976. About that time, the Titans started playing football games on campus (used to play at Anaheim Stadium, now called Edison Field, or at Eddie West Field in Santa Ana). In any event, the team and coaching staff used to erect temporary bleachers that were borrowed from the Long Beach Grand Prix race site. The Titans kept the bleachers for the season (5-6 home games), dismantled them after the season and they were eventually rebuilt for the race.

It was a cool deal- actually known as Titan Field, the place was nicknamed "Erector Set Stadium." They packed 7000 plus per game into that place. They even brought in temporary lights for night games. It was neat.
