It looks like the game tally indicates both the completed games AND whoever leads in the current game. When the score was tied it went down to 2-1, but as soon as we pulled ahead it went back to 3-1. Now the score is tied 23-23 and the game tally is back to 2-1.

We're being blocked off the court.

we had a 17-11 advantage in the 4th game. i almost posted that congrats to corbelli for keeping her job.

Corbelli's job does not hinge on the outcome of tonights match.

not sure just know that before the team won 7 of 10 at the end, they were severely underachieving and a lot was being talked about in the offices.

Rumors of her demise are greatly exaggerated...she just got a 5 year extension.

Contracts can be dissolved or bought out according to certain provisions. Obviously we don't know the specifics of Laurie's contract, but if next year isn't any better than this year, things will start to get warm indeed.

No way dude. She just got a huge extension. The athletic department acknowledged that she was having a down year, but has faith in her, as do I. How would she be on the hotseat coming into the year after making it to the 2nd round of the NCAAs...for the 12th year in a row? I think your good friend is sadly mistaken, as are you...

I guess that depends on whether the AD feels it's acceptable for an Aggie athletic program to continually be "kinda sorta good in certain years."

So it's not acceptable for our volleyball team to make the tourney 12 years in a row, yet if that happened in football/basketball/baseball we'd all be jumping out of our chairs right now.

Volleyball and soccer have been our best scholarship sports in recent years. Corbelli isn't going anytime soon.

Like I said, it all depends on what the AD goals are, mostly good maintenance of a Title IX requirement or building a top program.
