so im volunteering at the college cup, and im standing right next to the field watching the game. with 6 minutes left, FSU girl and UCLA goalie COLLIDE head on and both are on the ground...
the UCLA goalie was just trying to get a call and milk it like all the other chicks in soccer, but she finally gets up and the FSU girl is layin there writhing in pain and screams "MY ******* LEG!!!!"
so at this point im thinking "well crap she might really be hurt..." then i remember when they collided, there was a distinct, and LOUD, *SNAP* sound... and then i kinda got queasy...
about 15 minutes later an ambulance pulls up and they load her up and take her and her family to the hospital...
6 minutes left in your season and you snap your leg. that reallllly blows! and shes kinda cute too which really sucks.
