Possibly, but this French kid is only 24. Sounds like they think more of him and he could be there a long time.

Patrice Evra is a world class left back.. he's the starter for French natl team...so Spector might end up starting for smaller EPL team..

Yeah, I have to agree and say that if Spector stays at ManU, he'll get the Tim Howard treatment. He'll tell you himself that he's a better center back than left back and only starting playing there out of necessity but the signing of Vidic (or whatever the name is of that Slovenian guy is) doesn't tell me they plan on moving him there. He is still young and has plenty of time to improve, but he's not even getting regular time at Charlton for a team with a shocking backline.

Personally, I'd like to see ManU let him go to another Prem team that will actually use him every game.

FYI - Spector was loaned out to charlton this year and isnt really doing much there either. During the fifa world youth championship he didnt really look that great either. He got injured in the first game and didnt end up playing till the game versus italy when we got eliminated. His replacement (cant remember his name at the moment) looked much better. I know Spector is still young but I feel we have better centerback prospects than him. He just looks slow and lumbering...
