Ecuador.

I moved there in the late 80's after graduating. I lived with some Ecuadorians that were futbol fanatics, so I got carried to alot of games.

Then Mexico.

I was at the National Championship in Monterrey between Los Rayados and the Pumas a year ago.

scotland did not qualify...they finished in 3rd in a rather weak group behind italy and norway
