Ags come out very flat and K State takes drop 3 and 4 easily. Going to 5.

Good news, they win their first big 12 game, break a losing streak and build confidence.

Bad news, they have to go to 5 games at home to a very weak Kstate team in which games 3 and 4 were just pathetic in which they showed no poise or any tenacity at all, i know meghan kainz bein out had somethin to do with it but the communication and execution were just attrocious and Corbelli was FURIOUS on the sidelines. I know we're a young team but if we keep using that excuse against teams like Texas and Nebraska it could be a very short farewell season for christi Hahn.

I don't know that being young can be considered an excuse. It's a fact. At any given time during a match, you'll see at least 2, normally 3, freshmen on the court. I think they definitely grew up a little today though. After 2 lackluster games and losing the last 2 matches in 5, they were able to come out focused and composed today and take it to K-State in the 5th.

Ugly, ugly game. Both teams played bad.

Doesn't KState usually have a pretty good volleyball team? Seems to me this was a nice win, even if it was ugly.

unless 7-5, 0-5 is a definition of a good vball team
