Why or when will UFC fighters fight Pride fighters?

Theres so many great fighters in Pride fighting that may never fight UFC fighters and that sucks.

Well it's rumored that Gomi will fight 2 or 3 fights in the UFC.

but the real speculation is whether or not Zuffa will buy Pride FC. DSE is in a financial nightmare at the moment, so this is a real possibility. We'll see what happens.
