any news? thoughts? insight?

The women are a lock. They are so much better than what we have had in the past. The sprinters are incredible and will dominate the conference. This team is also very young. The old coach (I can't spell his name) did a poor job of bringing sprinters in the program and they underachieved. It is good that he is gone and Coach Henry has built a championship program in no time at all. The men's program will also be favored but it will be closer. If we do what we are capable of doing we will win both titles. Our men's team right now is better at the conference level then at nationals but Coach Henry is changing that as well. It takes longer on the men's side because they don't have as much scholarship money.
