So, how is the bracket setup in the NCAA tennis individual championships? How does Anna Lubinsky at #25 end up playing the #4 player in the 1st round?

What have you done to beat the hell outta tu today?

it doesnt matter that she is ranked 25...they seed the top 16 and place them in the draw, then everyone that is not seeded is drawn out of hat to see where they end up and who they play...hence "luck of the draw"
