Allison George (Juco signee) won the 400 at the juco nationals, 53.79. We are going to lose Clora Williams (defending NCAA 400 champion), but will still probably be better in the 1600 relay next year.

Henry is doing an amazing job on the women's side. I expect the men to get there pretty soon as well.
