i met her on her recruiting trip, very nice girl. the girls on the team are also VERY excited about having her.

That's a huge pick up. Should really provide some immediate help.

I hope i speak for all Aggies in saying "thanks" to Courtnee Rhodes for last year's contributions. She battled knee pain a good part of the season and it kept her, many times, from performing at her best; though she was a fighter, indeed. Good luck Courtnee - -

i agree with Lekner. See how the girls do this season and if there is no marked improvement and a return to form of years past then something should be done... but i am expecting big things with an experienced group of sophomores and the two new transfers...

Man, I didn't even know Courtnee had those knee problems. It's nice to see the new setter has club experience with some of our other players. That should help the transition a lot.

I think what LeknerXII is saying, is that if Byrne was going to make a move, he would have done it many, many months before now. So as it stands, it is BEFORE the season because Laurie IS going to Coach the team for the upcoming year. I've been a season ticket holder for 6 seasons and I have been frustrated by our decline, however, I agree with LeknerXII in that let's see how this season pans out, and if we haven't seen significant improvement, we can start banging on the drums (although Byrne will likely beat us to it, if that's the case).
