it was a disappointing loss.....we have the talent to beat teams like OU, but it seems like Corbelli cant develop them......she even used that age old "youth" excuse in the press release.....i agree that its looking like we need a change in leadership, hopefully LC can fix things and take us to the top, I will still be supporting them, but things need to change

I too will support to the end. But, the youth excuse is wearing thin. Look at other teams in the conference - we're more experienced at the collegiate level than some, as ALL those who played last night have now played extensively at this level.No new players to initiate into this level of play. The one transfer that fell into LC's lap is awesome, but what has really been done by the staff to improve the team over last year. What have they done? The girls have worked hard, and deserve better. The pre-conference play did "build confidence", but did it prepare the team for what's ahead? Alittle unfair to the girls IMO.

What a coherent argument. Our non-conference schedule didn’t do anything to prepare us for Big 12 play. We fell hard to OU, if we struggle to play teams like them how are we going to stack up against the big teams in conference? What did the coaches do during the off season? We have some really good players on the team. Sarah Ammerman was able to get kill after kill, everyone in G. Rollie knew it was going to her, and she still managed to get points. We cannot depend on one weapon and expect to win.

Hopefully we meet the coaches goals and get into the tournament and, hopefully we are matched up against the likes of Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Montana State, or Lousiana Tech in the first round of the tournament. We can beat them.

program has been going south for several years.
none of the 10 victories over a ranked or even a good team.
since talent is supposed to be up since last year, it needs to show on the court soon!

obviously BigJim doesn't understand sarcasm, i think everyone here is supportive of our team, but maybe not so much the decisions our coaches have made. Its the first conference game and we have a ways to go, but after last night things look shaky. Im surprised I havent seen BigJim or GC responding to any of the other negative comments made about the game...do you finally realize their isnt a way to positively spin this game?

Jim, I'm usually with you, but this coach has more than one loss. Did you see our conference record last year? We just lost to an unranked team at home with a huge crowd - with a 2-0 lead.

I don't think a 2%-er wants the best for their team, and their classmates. Most Aggies want the best possible coach our athletic department can get for our athletes.

I hope the team can rebound and really make a statement this year. I'd rather our coaches be successful with the athletes they recruit. If they can't, I want our athletes to have better coaches.

It's not fair to drop the 2% nomenclature on some who want better coaching. If someone wants us to lose to get a different coach, then the term 2%er is too nice.

We've had ONE loss THIS year!!!!! What is the point of rehashing last year. We are a better team this year.

If you don't back the team you are WORSE than a 2%er, you basically are a traitor!

Jim - I try to refrain from calling posters names, but when you call people who question our coaches and their ability to take our Aggies to the level that they could achieve "traitors", I think you've perhaps lost some reasonable perspective.

I'd like to disregard last year, but when you are talking about taking care of our Aggies and getting them the best coaches they can have, disregarding the past with these coaches is disrespecting our Aggie athletes. Our coaches are not Aggies. Our athletes are. If you defend coaches who are not getting the job done to the detriment of our Aggie athletes, then I question your allegiance to A&M.

My allegiance is to Aggies and A&M. I know yours is too. Let's leave it at that and drop the name calling.
