no need to win the lottery, just go down there! Over by the Roughneck statue is an entrance that take you so some of the older tunnels made with subway tile. To see the more modern sections you can climb down in through an entrance in the flowerbeds at the edge of Academic Plaza right near the middle of Military Walk. You can also go to Cushing to pull copies of all the old facilities maps that show the layout, they'll even make copies for you.
