Have you had any success with teeth whiteners?

I bought one in 2005 but was scared to use it so it sat there for years until I threw it away.

So if you want white teeth, you have to brush and floss regularly, whiten them, get routine cleaning, and avoid staining them.

Try the new colgate Opti something. It is in the red box. My dental hygienist says my teeth look whiter since I started using it.

The Romans used ammonia that came from urine to bleach their teeth. The non-Roman barbarians at the time used to make fun of the Romans with unusually white teeth because they knew where the whitener came from.

Buy the generic cvs/walgreens whitening strips instead of crest. They work just as well with same ingredients for cheaper. And brush with sensodyne when teeth get sensitive.
And use uv light
I use white strips but also brushing with baking soda helps. You get used to the taste. It's what my grandma used and she had great teeth

They sure do work. I used them on only some of my teeth so I'd be able to tell the difference!
