Diet and exercise is still undefeated. Anybody that thinks diet does not work is kidding themselves. Let's put a fat ass on an island with nothing but water and fresh fruit and fish and see if they lose weight. Just for fun they will get 1 banana, 1 apple and 1 fish per day. They will also have to walk at least 2 miles per day and climb 500 steps to get it. I bet they lose weight quickly. The problem with our country is most people want to take the easy way out instead of putting in the hard work.
