No traffic on the road this morning.

Got to work, pulled tires and loaded trucks.

My lower back is killing me this morning.

  • Saw a nasty wreck that reminded me I need to replace fire extinguisher in vehicle. (Yall should have if you don't)

  • So tired, woke up at 3AM and really didn't sleep much after
  • Leftover bacon and hash browns (gross) for breakfast
  • Lots of Diet Coke (well will have to switch to Diet Pepsi) will be consumed today
  • Trying to wrap up a big project this week.
  • Few meetings


On a side note, The Warehouse at C.C. Creations is 50% off most of the entire site today only, online only (can pick up to save on shipping). Thought I would share as that is a good deal. And no I am not affiliated in any way.

Spent the weekend with my folks in San Antonio, so no time to hanj.

As an aside, if y'all find yourselves in San Antonio, you can do worse for breakfast or lunch than to go to Comfort Cafe. They're a non-profit with a few locations in the city that are all staffed by recovering addicts.

I was up at 4:00 AM to drop my husband off at the airport for a 6:00 AM flight. Well, it turned out he failed to actually read his boarding pass and discovered when he tried to go through security he was at the wrong airport.

The Monday after Thanksgiving is always one of the hardest for me in terms of returning to work.

IAH versus HOU, or DFW vs DAL?

I had clients show up to HOU one time for their United flight. It wasn't there.

They sucked to begin with - it was the shredded kind and I had put too much in the pan at one time. So they really sucked the second time around - but the dog didn't seem to mind them.

28F with flurries as I write this. We still have Saturday's 3" of snow on the ground. I love looking out at the snow. Will stay in the 20s today, but the melt starts tomorrow.

Might put up the tree today.

Went to IAH; flight was out of HOU.
