29 degrees on the way in to work.

Close tonight.

Doctor's appointment tomorrow morning so I can get meds refilled.

Puppies and kitties were not overly demanding this morning

First meeting of the day was going to be abbreviated so I submitted comments and skipped it

Pretty clear schedule the rest of the day

Gonna knock some stuff off the list and get this month wrapped early

If I'm gonna get a flu shot I should probably make time to do it

  • Gym done. I'm trusting the shoulder more and more
  • The Wife I'd heading to Marion to grandkid sit for a day
  • Contractors supposed to start in again today and finish before Christmas
  • Having guts scanned later - ultrasound and CT w and w/o contrast
  • For extra Christmas money this year, I've started making some Nativity scenes for sale…..

That contrast CT where they inject you with a dye freaking sucks

You having to drink any barium shakes ahead of the scan or whatever that other iodine drink is they give you?

Man. That stuff wrecks my guts in ways that would make Nervy perk up and ask questions.

I had less issue with the PET contrast than any of them.

The laying there for an hour without moving while it goes thru your system is a drag but I usually got a nap in during that time.

No. This will be IV stuff, I think …….. No solid food for 4 hours before, so a couple of Yuenglings may be lunch.

Taco Bell is good every once awhile. I was actually in a hurry cause I needed to get on the road to go to Austin and that was the first thing I passed and it was really convenient so that's why I went there.

But then I had a promptly stop and clean up the mess.

yep sounds about how I remember the last time I ate taco bell going.

I think I've had it just once since I moved to my current home 12 years ago. Probably the last.
