Because they are elitist conformist drinking clubs full of spoiled brats with no real friends so they rent them instead, and then because they have zero game or personality, they roofie girls at tailgates and mixers so they can have a "date"?
Looks like somebody didn't get a bid...

I went to college as a veteran so I never considered joining a fraternity. It just didn't have any appeal to me after four years in the Army. I do wish I had been involved in more social groups and activities but probably not a fraternity. I can see the appeal for an 18 year old right out of high school though.

Frats seem to like a lot of nakedness from their pledges.

That's not strange at all.

This guy lost a testicle to be a "brother".

My Frick year (back when I was an engineering major, lol), one of my class mates was pledging and told me that being in a fraternity "was a warm and rewarding experience." That was 1990.

I got my first Letterhead that night. I think I was an "E."
Oh wow. This brings back memories. I was an "F". And my grades that semester weren't much better. But I still graduated with an engineering degree.

IIRC, I was the "D" in "LECHNER HALL COED AND LOVING IT CLASS OF 2004". It was our SA's doing the shaving, because there was no Bonfire leadership at the time.

Is that the DG swimming pool? That was legendary.

It was all girls by the time I got there. (We had a Yell for them also.)

Absolutely. No doubt about it. You forgot about the hazing. But for the record, we only hazed "volunteers." lol.

And that DG swimming pool was a real thing in the late 80s.
