- Water heater spring a big leak last night and flooded my condo.
- Plumbing has been here since 8:00 AM.
- "Mitigation" has been here since 9:30 AM doing evaluation and just started demo.
- All the guys who have shown up for services (5 in total so far) have been younger than me. That's SUCH a weird feeling.

It was 14F with a windchill of -2F this morning, so I made Benny wear his winter coat to school. First time with anything other than a hoody this school year. We topped out at only 25F today, but Benny made it a point to walk home in his hoody with the coat crammed in his backpack.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him wear his f***ing coat.
