I was in the drive through at Whataburger once and the person in front of me seemed to be taking forever. Keep in mind it is a Whataburger so it is already very slow by default. Pulled up when they were finally finished and that jackass had put in a $130 (in circa 2005 dollars) order in the drive through lane. And yes, they got a bunch of bags and proceeded to try to go through them all to verify everything. That kind of crap deserves lashes with a cane like they do in Singapore.

Worse when they pay for each item in the office order separately…

Which begs the question - with the big giant order, why not order online and pick it up already prepared?
That's not begging the question.

Probably b\c his office is cheap.

If ordered online, someone would have to put it on their credit card. No one wants to be the one to pony up the card.
but the guy standing in line is using his card???

so why wouldn't HE fill out the order online using his card to pay and then go pick it up..

I think that was the question.

I worked at Burger King in high school. We one had someone come through a few minutes before closing and order 50 whoppers and 25 whopper juniors. Why are you ordering so many and why in the world would you think that's an appropriate order for a drive through?
