Less than 2 hours then a whole 30 days off! Time to party and wake up late every day of the week!

Gonna do some DIY stuff, do some riding on the warmer days, and just otherwise relax and do nothing which makes for the best kind of time off.

My end-of-year PeTO burnout started yesterday! Off work till 2025!

I don't really have anything to do at work until January. Does that count?

Well technically that's only 17 days of vacation - everything else is either a paid holiday or weekend. But I only took 1 week off the entire year outside of that so not really that far outside the norm I don't think for a lot of salaried people.

I have some Christmas gigs, and I think a client is about to drop an ADA case in my lap to get done before EOY.

I mean, I guess I'm done.

I've only worked something like 4 months this year. Max will be another 2 weeks but I'm sure I'll have some time off between the end of my hitch.

I would say so

December is my busiest month. I'm in medical sales so patients have hit their deductibles and medicare patients are past their max out of pocket so we try and get everyone shipped out we can. I'm usually in by 7:00 and got my last case today at 5:24. It's also the fiscal end of the year so we have the added push from the company to finish strong.

I prefer time off in the Summer so doesn't really bother me. I take every Friday off and every other Monday from Memorial Day to Labor Day and the full week of 4th of July

I was supposed to start my PTO on the 21st until 1/5....but with how slow work is going to be the rest of the year, I may ask to start sooner.

I finished working this year on August 30. I retired early. I highly recommend it.
