- Chimney guy is here to clean and repair my fireplace! I'd forgotten about it.
- All these dudes who come into my house probably wonder why I have a scary Black man sitting on my couch watching an iPad, lol.
- I was having a really good dream when he called to let me know he's was OTW. It was my (dead) mom, me as a child, me as an adult, and Mark Cuban lol. All the most important people in my life.

Softball games canceled for today.

Slept fantastic. Like a dead pharaoh.

Breakfast from 1541 coffee and pastries. They make really good breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon rolls, neither of which I need but man are they good.

Marathon happening in town today. Cold and drizzling rain. Seems awful. God invented cars and wheels so we don't have to run.

Purging some stuff from the spare room. My wife needs to go out of town for me to REALLY purge some stuff.

Oh, listening to Breakfast With The Beatles on KLOS while I purge junk. A guy named John Lennon just called during their show of remembrance of John Lennon's death. Not sure it would be easy dealing with that name your whole life.

At least it's not Michael Bolton.

Took two large shopping bags of clothes to donate at Alice's Attic yesterday. Let's see what we can do without today.

Bought a fancy coffee maker yesterday. Gonna watch a few YouTube tutorials before I even plug this thing in.
Since I quit drinking, caffeine is how I roll.
Currently Diet DP is my preferred method of caffeine delivery. But a few weeks ago my IT guy introduced me to a nice little coffee bistro in town that has the owner's signature as Bran's Redeye. Double Espresso and regular Americano with cocoa. Two of those and I turn into Beavis.
Oh and last week was seven months of absolute sobriety. I will make it through the Holidays and beyond. Never going back to that world.
