Without it hurting you? Due to a combination of unfortunate circumstances and poor decisions I apparently ate about 3/4 of a 170 piece bottle last night… my stomach is killing me and my pee is a shade of yellow I've only seen in depictions of radioactive waste.

Am I going to live?

FWIW I'd had the bottle maybe 5 days before this

Just look up whether each vitamin in it is water soluble or not. If it's not, try to figure out how much you ate and compare that to the OD levels which can also be found online. If there are any you have reached OD levels on, try to figure how serious it is and whether that warrants an ER visit.

Kind of basic adult stuff.

I'm going to live. Ended up just going to my pcp and getting blood done. Haven't gotten results back but he said this isn't the first time this has happened. He said usually it's kids though
