I'm sad about the loss of recipes too! I found so many great chefs through TikTok and learned a ton about cooking. I did manage to download a few of the videos I reference most often, and I followed a few people on instagram.

If they want to keep making money they'll move to IG. Most of the cookfluencers I follow post stuff on both.

It's mind boggling to me that people stake their livelihoods on a social media platform they have 0 control over. These businesses (in particular any small local indy shop/restaurants) who have no website but they have social media absolutely deserve what they have coming if they're relying solely on Meta/xitter/etc. and get the rug pulled out from underneath.
