An elementary school principal has been arrested after allegedly throwing a massive boozy house party for over 100 juveniles, authorities said.

The incident occurred on Jan. 19 when authorities from the Cocoa Beach Police Department responded to a home after reports of a large house party and "observed over 100 juveniles at the residence in matching t-shirts, many of whom were consuming alcohol that was later learned to be available in coolers at the residence," according to a statement from the Cocoa Beach Police Department.

The homeowner was quickly identified to be Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan, the principal of nearby Roosevelt Elementary School, police said.
I wonder if the kids all signed each other's shirts (obviously not legiblly after crushing all those brewskis)?

While officers were investigating the party, a juvenile was located on the front lawn experiencing an alcohol related medical event," authorities said in their statement regarding the party. "The juvenile was so heavily intoxicated that Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) had to respond to treat them.

During this time, the homeowner, Hill-Brodigan, was seen by officers in the driveway of her residence turning off the outside lights and entering her residence, causing BCFR to auxiliary lighting on their vehicle to treat the juvenile

School board chair says nothing to see here...

"In an interview today with Fox35, Brevard School Board Chair responded to questions about the arrests of Roosevelt Elementary's Principal Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan and 3rd grade teacher Karly Anderson after hosting a alcohol and drug rampant house party of nearly 200 kids.

He stated that the entire ordeal has been blown out of proportion and shouldn't be making headlines. "This is nothing new."

The Cocoa Beach Police however stated they have never seen anything like this.
According to the arrests affidavits, children were suffering from alcohol induced medical episodes, received DUI's, were using drugs, fighting disabled students, and pointing guns at each other while making videos for social media; all while at the principal's home.

Police stated that while medics were trying to treat a student convulsing in the front yard, the principal turned off all the outside lights causing them to have to use their auxiliary lights to treat the patient. An intoxicated Karly Anderson berated the medics for taking the child away that required the medical treatment.

Alcohol and marijuana were readily available to the children throughout the property and around a bond fire in the back yard as captured on numerous videos observed by law enforcement.

According to Cocoa Beach police, as of now, none of the children observed engaged in this criminal behavior will be charged except for the one already arrested for DUI when leaving the party.
Gene Trent was a teacher as Cocoa Beach Jr/Sr High which is right next door to the elementary school."

Hope they put out that 'bond fire'.

New army has gone to hell.

Unless Florida lights its school bond dollars on fire…which is very plausible.
