Have had various iPhones since 2008. Hate the way cases bulk up the phone and hide the design so I've never used one. Never had so much as a cracked screen in all those years. When people see my phone they always ask why I don't have a case. Anyone else go caseless?

Didn't use a case for years and was able to mostly avoid issues (but not all). Found an extremely thin option though that gives a little protection and provides a little more grip/stability when leaning it against things.

I am clumsy and drop things. I've lost two expensive phones just trying to pick them up off the counter. I dropped a Galaxy Flip in September... while I was changing the case.

At one point, I had really cheap phone insurance that would replace the phone easily. The biggest risk in that scenario was just losing data if you don't have it backed up.

I've always had AppleCare+ so it's $29 to replace the glass and about $79 to fix anything else, but never had to use it. Also backup daily.
Always in a phone case. Always drop my phone. This is the first time I have a screen protector though. Last phone I literally dropped it the first week and it skid across a rocky parking lot face down and scratched the screen up.
Started using a wallet case about 10 years ago. Never going back.

Mine is a rear flip (so the screen is always open).. holds 3 cards.
My phone recently started getting finicky with cable charging, so I do have a wireless charger at bedside, but have to take off case to use it.
I'm a complete klutz. I get ridiculously large and protective cases to protect the phone from drops and give me more grip.

Mine is also a wallet case. No way I will go without one. Looks like first ordered one in 2016.

Phone case and screen protector. I go to too many cons with hard concrete floors, and that combo has saved me multiple times from a camera or screen replacement.
At very least a low profile silicone case and screen protector from Amazon. It's line 10 bucks.

Thin case on personal phone. No case on work phone, bc I dont care about it and it keeps me from grabbing the wrong one.

Already done. I got one last year and it's a lifesaver. Looks like two pouches when it acutally holds your phone.
No case for me going on 14 years.
I have broken one screen (closed it in a tailgate...actually ruined the phone completely)
My wife has broken my screen twice by not understanding you cant toss it onto a countertop.

Slim case. Survived many drops and have never cracked a screen. I like the added grip as well...holding a naked phone it just feels like its always about to fly out of my hand.

I will never not have a case on my phone. I prefer life proof. So far, I have dropped my phone in the ocean (knee deep, fell out of my kayak vest pocket), dropped it in the river (also knee deep, fell out of my fly vest), washed it in the washing machine, dropped it from the attic, and just dropped it too many times to count. Thing still works, and I can't imagine how much money I would have spent without the cases.

I like the little bit of extra grippiness of a silicone case. Bare phones are too slick.
I think screen protectors are a scam. I think they can be useful against tiny micro scratches from everyday use, but i don't believe they are going to save your screen from a hard drop. The Corning glass that phone screens are made out of is 100x stronger than those cheap screen protectors.

I've dropped mine too many times to raw-dog it... it's even more slippery without a case.
Don't care about the extra bulk... love the peace of mind with knowing if I drop it, it probably won't crack or worse
