Instead of bacon or waffles my hotel is serving corndogs. Not even blueberry corndogs, just corndogs. No wonder everyone else is wearing purple.

Corn Dogs

- Made the leisurely drive back from Austin this morning
- Forgot I didn't have coffee at my Austin place, so I had some not-delicious Buc-ee's coffee
- Have two grad school papers to write today
- Need to get some pierrot ensemble composing done

Picked some tender okra from the garden. Rolled in
flour and Cajun coating and cooked in an air fryer but the flour just sits there as "dust". Maybe I go sans flour next time.
The other thing I've got to look into is what team in the state is the highest rated in the AP poll.

Up early

Ran a couple errands and got breakfast for my wife

Took care of a bunch of things that needed to be done

Saw a homeless guy. Or maybe just a guy passing through? He seemed pretty clean. Bought him breakfast too. He was pretty skinny. He needed something

Bought these at the grocery store today. They were pretty darned good.
