Vinceks are hard to beat. Their ham and cheese are the best out there and sausage are the closest to the OG Village Bakery I've found

Bubbie's in South College Station was up there with the best. The owner reportedly had to close due to family obligations. Weikel's in La Grange is hard to beat. Strangely, the Weikel's in Hearne hasn't been consistent.
