My dad was a Marine. Never spoke much about Vietnam but always super proud to be a Marine.

I will never forget the time I saw my dad shoot a snake from the 2nd story balcony of our house 3-4 acres away. The snake was laying on the bridge across the little pond.

He's since had a stroke and isn't the same but I will never forget that memory

I wonder how many of you know that Tanya's dad was a Marine. He served (volunteered) in Vietnam from '66 to '68. He was shot once and hit by mortar another time. The mortar is still in him. I love that man, but he has serious issues to this day. He's 77 now.
