It did not help that the vendor got the order on November 9 (Sunday) and didn't get it in the mail until Wednesday. This is for two parts that are worth all of about $10.
I hate ordering stuff online and would much rather buy local, but local auto parts stores have become a PIA to deal with. If you need something other than oil or a battery, they have to order damn near everything from a distribution center. Thanks Jeff Bezos.
My son recently got a birthday card from my sister in League City. It had no postmark or cancellation. I'm going to reuse her stamp.
Priority mail is almost always faster than UPS or FedEx and First Class is most of the time. Rock Auto likely uses "Package Service" so you get what they paid for. That's not on USPS

It's time to dissolve USPS and award mail service completely to Bezos, Elon, FedEX, and UPS.

We always pay for faster delivery with rock auto so we dont get stuck in the endless usps loop.
Similar experiences with USPS, and then there is FedEx sometimes claiming we're not home when we were home all day.

Order a new phone from Verizon this weekend. It was supposed to show up yesterday. It showed up a day late (most likely because it needed a signature)
This is the condition of the package. A few years back I bought a new computer, and the box arrived with a hole cut in it roughly the size of a hand

Over the summer, I had a package that went back and forth between St Louis and Kansas City twice before finally being shipped to the city where I live. It was like they were playing a game of tag to see who was "it" and had to ship it to me. USPS is trash.
