Slept good last night.

Returned from Dallas yesterday.

My vacation was good but not long enough.

Back to the grind this morning.

Pull tires load trucks.

Peddle something towards the end of the year.

Ready for 5 p.m.

Back to work today. Just another Monday.

-short week
-nobody knows what day it is
-everyone still in vacation mode and just here to collect a check

-Worst night of sleep the whole trip. Sounded like we were in a damn tornado multiple times last night.
-Did not make it down to free breakfast in the lounge
-Really beed a Diet Coke but kiddo is still resting.
-Not sure what today brings. Will be an inside day with high winds and cold. May just mostly veg at the hotel.
-Hopefully early night as we have an early morning ride to airport for flight home.

• Off for the entire week.
• Won my first big Disc Golf tournament on Saturday as MA3 level player, beat 16 people. yes, I am truly a hero to all.
• need to fix guest toilet, rake leaves from edge of fence and house, then mow/mulch them.
• Tomorrow need to cut a bunch of limbs from our trees that are growing like weeds
• It's cold and windy so may not do the raking/mowing thing today.

Guess I'll put on socks and pants of some kind today

• Big blended family Christmas celebration went off without a hitch
• Slept like the dead
• Recycle and garbage bins are stuffed full
• Adventures with Morty today

At noon yesterday, we were 71F. This morning when I bought my coffee, it was 11F. That's a Dakota-like drop in temperature. It's nice to have winter back. We're supposed to be sunny (cloudy at the moment) but stay in the 20s today.

This is my first full day as a 54 year old, and I'm on-call. Hoping this old man has a peaceful work day. Three day work week for me as I've taken vacation Wednesday and then have Thursday off.

BTW, Mary Tyler Moore would have been 89 today. The MTM Show is one of my favorites. I like the DVD Show a lot as well.

If nervy is your sister, then tell us more about Uncle Mark. How long has he lived in Reno? Did he move there and then meet this ex? When is she moving out?

And seriously, you need to keep your uncle from ever betting on the Aggies again!

Hangovers can be a thing of the past. Cheers Restore is the product you need to take. I found out about it on Facebook and it has made a huge difference.

I had a 2014 JGC and I bought a 2019 JGC.

It's green. I'm still debating on the name. Gamora and Buttercup are the top contenders. Thought about Shego or Hela, but I don't want a villainess. Thought about Lorne, but thats a boys name.

Um I would rather this over scoped. Much less invasive. I've done it before.

One major problem is, it doesn't show polyps that later turn cancerous.

Everyone would rather do that than get scoped. Cologuard isn't gonna remove a polyp and probably won't detect one either. And if anything comes up that seems questionable, you then have to get scoped.

Oh, yeah, about that…

Enjoy the anxiety of not knowing why you need to get scoped while you wait 5-6 weeks for an appointment slot to actually get scoped.

Scoping is the gold standard. Everything else that can be done instead always offers the disclaimer that if anything unusual is found, you have to get scoped.
