  • Bringing in my own supply because the breakroom machine stuff is, uh, bad
  • This year's 'lose 10lbs' goal isn't exactly going anywhere so far
  • Time to bump running up to a 5K every other day?

32 degrees in the Fort this morning.

Today is my long day.

Peddle something.

Close tonight.

Dinner at La Mesa.

Go home and watch the 2nd night of the Chili Bowl Nationals.

  • Awake at 5. Finally got on phone at 5:30. Got up at 6AM. Now siting down to get some travel work done before other work.
  • Hopefully today will be a little quieter than yesterday, although yesterday wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
  • Diet coke in hand. Bagel in a bit.
  • Leftover chicken fried rice tonight for dinner (actually cooked last night).

Oh, wanted to share that my mom got her PET scan results back. No sign of colon cancer cells. So this means she'll be finishing up that treatment Feb 11th (she put off her last treatment to come with me to College Station at the end of the month), 3-4 weeks off, then 4 infusions for B-cell lymphoma. So we're getting close. Just wanted to spread the good news.

Did a 24h fast yesterday. Broke it by accidentally ending up at the Whataburger drive thru at 1am. Probably not the best option.

I think I'll go for a walk outside now. The winter sun's calling my name (I hear you now). I just can't stay inside all day. Gotta get out - get me some of those rays.
