Valid. Short answer: I live alone in what is legally his house in Iowa. We talk frequently.

Long answer: Mark moved home (to this house) to live and take care of his aging parents, my grandparents, in 2011. She died in 2013, he died in 2019; Mark inherited the house. He hates living in this town for various reasons and was undecided if he would stay. Regardless of his indecision, in 2020, he renovated the house (repainted, redid the kitchen, painted all the walls, redecorated with all new furniture), turning it into his bachelor pad. At the end of 2023, he drove one of his cars to Reno with undefined plans for whether he'd return. He'd previously lived in Reno for 25 years before moving home to care for his folks so he had a place to stay in Reno and a storage unit full of his things. He accidentally bought a house while visiting Reno and he's been mostly in Reno since 2024. When he visits Iowa, he usually stays for at least a month, maybe two. But he inherited this house, and I will eventually when he dies. But he threatened to sell it if I didn't start spending more time here.

Nope, an Airbus A320. I'll officially be an airline pilot on Saturday if my last three sims go well.

I know I don't post a lot anymore but I still fly helicopters in the Army. But I've also been training for the airlines since 2023. Idk, I changed goals and like money.
