What changed?

• Slept like horse poo.
• Dropped Dutch Bros coffee off at hospital for someone
• Kiddo orthopedic appt this AM, MRI tomorrow.
• Fairly light calendar day but been in long, unscheduled meetings.
• TXB gas station sausage biscuit and 44oz Diet Coke for BF.
• Maria Mia's 2-for-Tuesday tonight (kind of wish I wasn't going but made plans over a week ago).
• Travel work tonight. Hopefully booking 2 Amawaterways cruises, plus Royal Caribbean group for a Texager.

Looked into my company 401k just now. First time I've ever done that. Looks like I'm 66% stock and 34% bond, James Bond. My stock appears to be 100% 'Fidelity Freedom Index 2035 Commingled Pool Class T'. As of yesterday (the date for my "current" balance), I've not lost any significant money. Is it possible I'm not invested in my own company?!?

If not, then no.

I'd always assumed that my 401k was loaded with company stock. No, I've never bought any of their stock. The company will never turn a dime. However, my portion of is it profitable.

I do love them. I think 90% of what they serve is the old Ninfa's menu with some new extras thrown in.

I believe these type plans (e.g. "Fidelity Freedom Index 2035") have a mix of aggressive/conservative investments geared toward specific retirement date ranges. The company I work for assigned me a similar plan automatically. I could go in and change it to other investments if I want to…
